Are the calligraphy classes live or recorded?
Every class is live and one-to-one with your mentor, so you get real-time guidance and feedback. We also record classes, so you can revisit anything later.
Are these group classes?
No — all classes are private, one-to-one, so everything is paced and personalised just for you.
Do I need any prior experience?
Not at all. Most of our learners start as complete beginners. If you can hold a pen, you can learn calligraphy with us.
Can adults join, or is it just for children?
Both are very welcome. Calligraphy is a wonderful art at any age — we teach adults and children (10 and up), and tailor each class to the learner.
What materials do I need?
Very little to begin — a brush pen or marker and some paper is enough for your first classes. Your mentor will guide you on simple, affordable supplies as you progress.
How long does it take to learn calligraphy?
You’ll write beautiful letters within your first few weeks of practice, and grow through three levels from there. Your pace is entirely your own — there’s no rush.
