Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mynsha Learning, we are committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and effective online
learning experiences. We also believe in transparent and fair policies for refunds and cancellations.
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.
1. Notice Period for Cancellation
– Customers who wish to discontinue or cancel their enrollment in any of our live online classes
(including recurring subscription plans) must provide a minimum of 2 weeks’ (14 days) prior written
notice via email to bookings@mynsha.com.
– The notice period is applicable from the date of acknowledgment of the cancellation request by our
support team.
– Classes that fall within the two-week notice period are non-refundable, and students are
encouraged to attend these classes.
2. Refund Eligibility
– Full Refund: A 100% refund is only applicable if the cancellation request is made before the
commencement of the first scheduled class, provided no course material or resources have been
accessed.
– Partial Refund: If a student discontinues after the course has started, and the two-week notice
period is honored, the refund will be pro-rata for any unused classes beyond the notice period.
– No Refund will be issued:
– If the cancellation is made within or after the two-week notice period.
– For missed classes due to personal reasons (travel, illness, etc.). However, we may try to
accommodate make-up classes at our discretion.
– If any digital course materials or kits have been shipped or accessed, the cost of such materials (if
applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
3. Course Modifications or Transfers
– If a customer wishes to reschedule, switch to a different course, or transfer classes to another
child, such requests can be made by contacting support. Approval is subject to availability and
administrative discretion.
– Course transfers or reschedules are not guaranteed and not eligible for a refund if declined.
4. Subscription & Recurring Payments
– For courses with monthly or term-based subscription models:
– Payments are billed in advance.
– To cancel future billing, a 2-week advance notice is required.
– No partial refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations unless they qualify under section 2.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
– Any dispute or chargeback initiated via Stripe or the customers payment provider will be
investigated and responded to in accordance with Stripes and Indian financial guidelines.
– We encourage customers to first contact bookings@mynsha.com to resolve any concerns amicably
before initiating formal chargebacks.
6. Processing Refunds
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original mode of payment.
– In case of delays from banks or Stripes processing, Mynsha Learning is not liable beyond its
control.
7. Policy Changes
– Mynsha Learning reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be updated on this page with the effective date mentioned.
