Our Story, Mission & Vision
Founded in 2022, Mynsha is an online learning platform built on a simple belief: the best learning is personal. We bring learners together with experienced tutors for live, one-to-one classes across academic subjects, creative hobbies and professional skills — so anyone, anywhere, can learn the things they care about.
From a child taking their first Abacus class to an adult discovering calligraphy or training to teach, every Mynsha learner gets a class shaped entirely around them.

Ruchi Sharma
Founder
Ruchi has always loved teaching. She began her career as a lecturer before moving into human resources after relocating to Australia. Inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, she never let go of her passion for education — and in 2022 she brought it to life by founding Mynsha, to help learners everywhere explore their interests through quality, personal teaching. Her guiding belief runs through everything Mynsha does: “Don’t compare yourself with anyone — be your own benchmark.”
Gaurav Tiwari
Co Founder & CEO
Gaurav has always wanted to build a business that improves people’s lives. After more than sixteen years in the IT industry, mostly in Australia, he chose to move back to India and co-found Mynsha. He leads the company with a clear aim: to help people take small, steady steps towards learning the things they truly enjoy.

Our Story
Mynsha began in 2022 with a question its founders kept coming back to: why should great teaching depend on where you live? One had spent years in the classroom and knew the difference a good teacher makes; the other had spent a career in technology and wanted to build something that genuinely improves lives. Together, they saw the same opportunity — to give learners anywhere access to the kind of personal, high-quality teaching that’s often hard to find locally.
So they built Mynsha around live, one-to-one classes with experienced tutors — not recordings, not crowded virtual rooms, but real teachers giving each learner their full attention. What started with a handful of students has grown into thousands of live learning hours for families across the world, and the mission hasn’t changed: help people of any age learn what they love, and become their own benchmark.
