For the sake of brevity of understanding this Privacy Policy the company will be hereinafter referred as “Mynsha”.
This privacy policy governs your use of the www.mynsha.com (“Website”) and the other associated/ancillary applications, products, websites and services managed by the Company, “Mynsha Learning LLP”. Please read this privacy policy (“Policy“) carefully before using the Website, its services and products, along with the Terms of Use (“ToU“) provided on the Website. Your use of the Website, or services in connection with the Website or products (“Services“), or registrations with us through any mode or use of any products including that of SD cards, tablets or other storage/transmitting device shall signify your acceptance of this Policy and your agreement to be legally bound by the same. For the sake of brevity your use of ‘Mynsha’ in any electronic form or device shall be bound by the terms and conditions enumerated and agreed upon hereunder with wilful and free consent.

User Provided Information
The Website/Services/products records the information you provide when you register for the Website or Services or products. When you register with us, you generally provide (a) your and/or your child’s name, age, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, password, school grade, photos, videos and educational interests; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) information you enter into its system when using the Website/Services/products, such as while asking doubts, participating in discussions and taking tests. Mynsha uses an outside credit card processing company to bill you for the goods and services availed by you. These companies do not retain, share, store or use your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

- Social Media Platforms: Our Service may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools such as widgets, which allow students to share information from their Mynsha Learning account with third-party social media platforms like Facebook or Youtube. Using these social sharing features is optional;
- Public Forums and Publicly Available Content: We offer several features that allow our students to connect and share content in public or semi-public spaces. Students do not have to use these features, but if they do, they should be sure to use good judgment. Certain information in students’ profiles such as their name and photo, the projects they choose to share, and any other information they disclose in the public or semi-public areas of Mynsha Learning’s Service, may be read, collected, stored, or used by others. Parents should be aware that some of these third-party services are not intended for use by children under 13. Students under 13 should use such services only with the participation of an adult.
The third parties to whom we disclose personal data agree to protect the security and confidentiality of your child’s personal data.
