01. Attendance & No-Show Policy
- Learners are expected to attend all scheduled classes and to join on time.
- If you are unable to attend any session, please inform us at least 2 hours before the class start time. The missed class can be rescheduled to another day and time mutually available.
- Unfortunately, sessions missed without notice are a no-show and cannot be rescheduled or credited.
- A no-show occurs when a learner does not join the scheduled class and does not inform us in advance. The teacher will remain in the session for up to 10 minutes from the scheduled start time.
02. Rescheduling Policy
- You can have up to 2 pending rescheduled classes at a time. This keeps your make-up lessons manageable and easier to slot in — we’d encourage completing them as soon as you’re able, to keep learning on track, and there’s always room for a future reschedule if you need one. If a third class is missed while 2 are already pending, that class will be charged and can’t be rescheduled, since we’re only able to hold 2 pending classes at a time.
- Each missed class must be rescheduled within 3 weeks of the original class date. This helps maintain continuity and ensures learners don’t fall behind.
- We know it’s not always possible to find another suitable day within the window — if that happens, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to help you find a slot. Missed classes can only be taken as a make-up class under this policy; credits or adjustments are reserved for planned breaks of 2 weeks or more
03. Class Pause Policy
- Classes can be adjusted if you are taking a planned break of 2 weeks or more at a stretch. Since classes run on a subscription (a recurring monthly invoice rather than pay-per-class), invoices can’t be paused completely — but the missed classes during your approved break will still be adjusted in the invoice.
- If your current invoice has already been paid, the classes missed during your approved break will be credited or adjusted in your next invoice.
- If you have already completed all classes from the current invoice and are planning a break, please share your break dates and expected resume date in advance. We can then adjust the upcoming missed classes in the current invoice before it is paid.
- If classes are paused for more than 3 weeks, we will do our best to offer the same time slot when you resume. However, as teacher schedules and availability may change, we may not be able to guarantee the same slot.
04. Tutor Absence
- Any class missed by the tutor will be rescheduled within the following 3 weeks.
- No credits or refunds apply in these cases, as the class is made up in full.
- If, in exceptional circumstances, the teacher is unable to provide a make-up class, an equivalent class credit will be applied to your next invoice.
05. Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to cancel classes permanently.
- Refunds will be provided for any unused classes remaining after the 2-week notice period.
- Any pending rescheduled classes can be used during the notice period. For example, if you attend twice a week and have 2 pending classes, you may use them during your notice period, reducing the notice period to 1 week. The same principle applies to once-a-week classes with a 4-week notice period.

07. General Guidelines
- Class Setup: Please ensure your device is properly set up before each class begins. A laptop is recommended, along with a stable internet connection, working headphones, and a camera for a smooth learning experience.
- Monthly Class Balance: Your portal helps you keep track of your classes for the month. After every completed class, one class will be deducted from your monthly balance. By the end of the month, your balance will usually be 0, unless you have any approved missed classes pending for rescheduling. Regular attendance and timely communication go a long way towards getting the best results from every session.
- Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for your classes to be updated on the portal after payment is received. To avoid any disruption to your scheduled classes, we kindly request that payments be made on time.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing a high-quality, engaging learning journey for your child. If you have any questions or need support, our team is always happy to assist
